The canal view from my room was simply breathtaking—a perfect way to start each morning.
Unfortunately, the noise from nearby boats and late-night activities made for some restless nights.

Plot twist, it’s actually great!
What a fantastic find! The charming decor created a cozy atmosphere, and waking up to a canal view was magical. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Tiziano, who shared local tips with genuine enthusiasm. The daily housekeeping was a lovely touch, too. A delightful experience overall!

The location is quite close to both the
Rialto Bridge and St Mark's, making it easy to explore. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond with recommendations and maps. However, the tucked-away entrance can be tricky for first-time visitors, and it gets a bit noisy at night due to the restaurant below.

Incredibly warm hospitality and great local recommendations.

Clean accommodations with a decent size for solo travelers. Affordable price.
The property manager restricts A/C access until July, leaving guests sweltering in heat with no alternative options. Expect restless nights due to noise from neighbors, which contradicts claims of soundproofing in economy rooms. Also, be wary of local cafes nearby that charge exorbitant prices, presenting a less-than-ideal experience for your morning coffee.

Our stay in the Standard Double Room was a total delight! Waking up to the charming canal view was an epic win. Tiziano’s insider tips led us to the mouthwatering Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta to Go—you have to try it! Plus, the room was pristine and cozy, making it feel like home away from home.
On the flip side, we stumbled upon a cafe that charged us 9.5 euros for two coffees without any visible prices. Ouch! It was a bit of a rip-off.

While the ambiance is charming, the noise from the restaurant below can be a bit disruptive at night.

Loved the charm of the Double Room with Canal View! The view of the canal from my balcony added a magical touch every morning. The bedding felt cozy and the room's decor preserved that authentic Venetian vibe while including modern amenities. Tiziano provided incredible local insights, even suggesting routes to avoid tourist crowds. The welcome Prosecco was a nice touch too! On the downside, I encountered some noise from the alleyway at night, which disrupted my sleep. One early morning, deliveries disrupted the peaceful atmosphere as well. Despite this, the hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I'd definitely choose this place again.
